The common sense dot points:

  1. Dance is a physical activity. You acknowledge participation in the classes to be taught, social dance or any event is at your own risk
  2. It is your responsibility to disclose any underlying medical condition or injury risk to the officer in charge prior to you attending any event or class organised by Audacity Dance
  3. If you cancel less than a week from the event we cannot guarantee a full refund due to our commitment to lease the dance studio and pay teachers and meet overheads such as insurance.
